This lovely dog tag has been hand stamped. The dog's name can be stamped on the front and the phone number on the back.
Nickel silver is an excellent choice for dog tags due to its durability and corrosion resistance. It retains its appearance even after regular contact with water, mud, or salt, which is especially important for pets that spend a lot of time outdoors.
Hand stamping involves hammering individual letters onto a blank piece of metal. My items are not machine engraved. This gives each medal a unique character.
